Here For A Reason is a photographic series by Ming Smith introducing Jordan Brand’s largest active WNBA roster— an initiative which unlocks the power, possibility, and strength of women. The project embodies the Brand’s commitment to championing Black creativity through art, culture, and fashion. The exhibition includes portraits of the Brand’s WNBA Family with Michael Jordan and individual photographs of each woman. Legendary photographer Ming Smith, renowned for her legacy of Black visual storytelling, captured the iconic moment and fashion editor, Carlos Nazario, styled the group."
